The golf course team has been working hard to get the course back in
playable condition. Irrigation issues we were having have been
resolved and we are watering daily and have engaged the services of an agronomist to help with the course. We have implemented a plan outlined by the agronomist and the course is looking great.
The fees are $20.00 for 9 holes and $30.00 for 18 holes. Golf cart rentals are $35.00.
Enjoy a day out on the green, then come by the lounge for a refreshing beverage!
Our pool, tub, and water park are a short walk from the Inn to the Benbow KOA. All guests staying at the Inn are welcome to use the outdoor pool.
The pool is open until 10/31 for hotel and KOA guests.

The Benbow Historic Inn, a Garberville, California inn, is set amidst striking gardens in a relaxing setting along the Eel River.
The rose garden features over 80 different varieties of this romantic flower, and our herb garden grows organic vegetables and herbs that we use in our own renowned restaurant. An old stone bridge arches over the water providing a serene backdrop for guests lounging on lawn chairs with a book or a glass of wine.
We offer complimentary use of our beach cruiser style bicycles for hotel guests to enjoy a leisurely ride in the Benbow Valley.
We have EV charging available through Charge Point, with three bays to charge. There are fees associated with the charging. Please remember to bring the proper “plug in cord” as we do not supply cords.
While charging, take a stroll along the Eel River, relax with a glass of wine in our lounge (open at 3pm) or enjoy dinner in our beautiful dining venues served from 5pm to 9 pm or better yet stay the night.
The KOA Game Room is open to guests daily. Play pool, video games, board games, cards, watch television or snuggle up by the fire in the winter. Adjacent to the General Store, this is a great area for families and friends to enjoy a beverage or snack and be together. Our game room for kids is located in the Benbow KOA Office “Proshop”.
Come join us for an afternoon of water-filled fun at our KOA Splash Park! Featuring 4 water towers and cozy furniture to lounge on between water runs.
The General Store at the Benbow KOA is open daily featuring a variety of snacks, beverages, local products, health and beauty supplies, camping and household supplies, as well as golf and gift items. For your convenience, we carry a selection of frozen foods and grocery items at our KOA store.
Located next to the Friendship Hall with stunning view of the Golf Course is our newly installed Playground & Sports Court! Our sport court is perfect for the family game of basketball, and our playground is safely enclosed by a beautiful stone wall.
