We are an ideal venue for your wedding.
Many options are available to customize your memoriable day. Benbow can be both a ceremony and a reception venue. We have a beautiful rose garden, scenic lawn, a charming patio, dedicated halls, and meeting rooms all available to rent for your use.
Our wedding ceremony location is the “Benbow Lawn” which is located on the back of our property looking out toward the stone bridge and East Branch of the Eel River that flows underneath. This location can be viewed from the majority of our guest rooms as well as the outdoor dining terrace. The back lawn can easily fit hundreds of guests for a ceremony, however the reception space on our grounds is much more limited in space.
We have outdoor dining patio available with a seating capacity of 140 people. The adjoining Dining Room (enclosed) can fit up to 75 people. When seating capacity is maximized (215 guests) we are limited to hosting all food in the lobby area including the hors d’oeuvres and main buffet line, carving stations, etc. Our wedding packet includes more information on setup and options for your wedding day. Our Executive Chef is very flexible and is more than happy to work within your requests to create a menu you love. Please feel free to use the wedding menu here as a suggestion or sample of your options but we are free to work within your budget or preference. A buyout option is available for the hotel.
